我又想睇下如果呢單嘢上報的話又會唔會變成港聞.....
定係下次到新地拎批陽光出黎擺響度阻止公眾上落客貨

公眾上落客貨區就係比使用者上落客貨
長擺部巴士係度又唔係上落客
雖則可能不犯法道理上都講唔通WOR!

Please note that 19 and 36 are registered as PRIVATE BUSES and not for hire.

If somebody thinks this unjust and wants to act against them, he should call the police to drive away the buses, stop 3-axled 4m+ tall trucks preferably with powered platforms at the back (like those for transporting live chicken / vegetables) at the time the buses are driven away, engage 10 coolies (big men with tattoo, wearing shorts with towel on shoulders) to continuously perform "loading and unloading" of vegetables, rice, durian, salted fish, dried seafood, carton / paper for recycling with water dripping, cement and the like. The performers should unload the goods, push their cart around the building or adjacent streets for one loop and load the goods back to the truck. Sometimes he can arrange a pump vehicle to perform grease trap cleaning work for a restaurant nearby. He can also arrange collection of buckets of food waste from restaurants nearby for recycling. At the end of performance, arrange a cleaner to make sure that the area is clean.

Notes:
1. every time slot should have different combination of trucks, performers and activities
2. when other trucks with genuine need for loading and unloading are coming, temporary suspend performance and give way to those trucks politely, arrange a truck (can be the same truck) to wait, occupy the space again when real loading and unloading completes

Time of performance:
Monday to Friday: 12:00-14:30, 17:30-21:00
Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday: 12:00-20:00
Every day can perform at different period.
Trial period: 3 months.

If the management office want to avoid this from happening, they should hire some people to hop on and hop off the buses continuously. I think a clip on Youtube if they perform this silly act would attract some discussions.
Wiser act would be organising functions with those buses every day. Remember to switch off the engine.
