Quote -

Sorry to interrupt you ... but you need to know the law system are very strict forward
Especially , none of wordings say "向右邊排出就無問題"
Many many times tried on Nathan Road ... When the bus leaving the station .... all the exhause air are flowing to the pedestrian's side instead of right / off side ...
English version -
(2) The outlet of the exhaust pipe of every bus and light bus shall be placed-
(a) on the off side of the vehicle; or
(b) at the rear of the vehicle, as near as is reasonably practicable to the off side of the vehicle.

Are you sure those exhaust pipes are installed in the left hand side for all the bus models in Hong Kong? I randomly pick up several pics and find that a number of bus models in Hong Kong, for example, Volvo Olympians, has got a pipe which looks like for releasing those gases at the back of the offside, underneath the body frame. The same pipe is also found in the Olympians operating in Singapore. For tridents, I cant find any pipes underneath in the offside, neither the Hong Kong version nor the Singapore version. Actually I do wonder if there are any differences on the setting of pipes you mentioned in a particular model in different countries. It would be nice if you could attach some pictures for illustrating your arguments.
