Seems to be a Gillig Low-floor. Supposed to be a single-decker design but a few (including the example above) have been built as open-top buses.
I'm surprised that Gray Line operates Gilligs in addition to Dennis Tridents and E500s. |

the skyliners should be from SCRTD(now LACMTA) in Los Angeles and there were 2 batches of them(1974 & 1981) |

If my memory is correct, none of the North American bus builders had ever built a double decker of its own design. As I said before, the Gillig in the picture is a single decker by design; in fact, every double deck open-top built in the US is a single decker by design. |
