石門仲有無地? 真係諗唔到沙田仲有邊度有地......

From what Ming Pao said, "九巴另有3幅車廠地被政府建議可轉作住宅(用地)", also from what Apple Daily said "規劃署建議改劃作住宅用途的土地共有 29.5公頃". It is just a suggestion of allowing the depot sites for residential use. There is no sign of moving the Sha Tin Depot at the time being. Obviously the content of the news is misinterpreted.

屯門廠都係計畫之內

裝嵌廠一早講左會重建,不過都要等屯門站一期銷售,
補地價及改變用途後先決定起住宅定商業樓,話晒近
西鐵站,補地價應該唔平

再唔係富安對出天橋底又得, 水泉澳擱置左既原公屋用地又可以, 再過份D既話, 不如起入去石礦場

迫遷定計劃係兩回事

石門站C出口對出仲有既，不過起完之後可能會令到密度太高
