NWA already losing 45% of passenger to Korea Air due to poor service and expensive ticket cost for it's HKG to Seattle route (connection in Toyko for NWA, and Seoul for Korea Air), with the new weight limit to 50 Ibs, they will futher lose passenger, and as I wish, I hope NWA can give up it's seattle to Hk route, cause they have terrible service.

其實都唔係得 UA 同 NW 要限制d 客既行李重量... AC 都有限制一律要 50lbs 不過當然俾客鬧到死啦... 最後兩個星期後先改返 國際線可以 70lbs, 不過如果要坐 domain flight 去駁機既客 sorry 啦, domain flight 個程都係 50lbs only 唔會因為你要駁 international flight 而俾你帶多 20lbs
而且我覺得全世界既航空業者都係會跟住呢個潮流去 limit 乘客既行李磅數去增強佢地自己既競爭能力 (e.g. 票價), 因為依家d油真係太貴啦...
好喇講完我對 limit 乘客既行李磅數, 又講o下我對呢單o野點睇啦
其實我覺得 CX 真係唔應該去 limit 自己人既 行李磅數, 佢咁做咪搞到d員工無曬歸屬感.... |

其實都唔係得 UA 同 NW 要限制d 客既行李重量... AC 都有限制一律要 50lbs 不過當然俾客鬧到死啦... 最後兩個星期後先改返 國際線可以 70lbs, 不過如果要坐 domain flight 去駁機既客 sorry 啦, domain flight 個程都係 50lbs only 唔會因為你要駁 international flight 而俾你帶多 20lbs
