防毒反被防毒誤...

我好想停左個symantec，但係唔得...
岩岩出左街三個字
彈左差唔多成千個出黎..搵個銀仔卡係keyboard
都要兩個字先清晒d咁既野..

發生咩事?

似 乎 你 中 左 virus 或 者 spyware

有 無 用 LiveUpdate? 如 果 有 仲 係 搞 成 咁 的 話 轉 用 NOD32 吧

1. Download?! another AV of another brand, say McAfee AntiVirus 8 Enterprise to your computer
2. Disconnect from the internet
3. Uninstall Norton AntiVirus
4. Install that AV product
5. Boot your computer to safe mode and run the Full System Scan in the AV.
6. After cleaning the virus, reboot your computer and replug the cable
