我倆選擇了由著名意籍主廚Michele Senigaglia操刀的Spasso,這名主廚早已聞名意大利廚藝界,今次除夕晚宴--Grand Buffet of San Silvestro亦由他親自主理。原來,要訂到這間餐廳的Booking,也是不容易,我早於2個月前便要預訂,並且要落保證金,可見當晚的確「搶手」!
