LDN: Stagecoach's 18500- E400 - Spirit of London goes into service

Today, Stagecoach's E400 [10.7m long] entered service on route 30. named 'Spirit of London' [for the bombs of July 7th 2005], it also has non standard electronic blinds.

here is the bus photoed in the sun at Hackeny Central. the sun at this time of the year is very low...

So, how many E400s does Stagecoach London
take? I think the electronic display will not be
moved away from this prototype during the
year.

as far as I am aware, stagecoach london did not place an order for E400.
within the next two weeks, the order for 19 alx400 tridents would be delivered to stagecoach, and after that - nothing!

Is this bus still driven by the bus driver of the route 30 bus on 7/7? (i forget his name)

George drove the bus yesterday; I do not think he will be driving the bus regularly! [ SD garage also run routes 26 86 158 241 257 and dart route 276 etc] and George is not a route bound driver.
