What's happened outside Kai Tak Police Station?

Does Anyone know why there are a lot of buses there as shown in the photo?

I guess there might be some accidents near Choi Hung Interchange, so that buses cannot go from Kwun Tong Road to Lung Cheung Road.

So they have to go straight, return to East bound of Prince Edward Road East via Kai Tak, and go back to Lung Cheung Road like 26, 27, 29M & 42.

今日成日都係咁....

啟業去彩虹條橋有工程, 封左
除左15A, E22A行龍翔道天橋唔受影響之外
所有線去啟德U-turn

觀塘道西行往龍翔道(近彩虹邨)天橋有工程，由朝早9:00開始封橋
雖然話去到凌晨一點，但我夜晚十點幾收工搭42c個陣，條天橋已經開返

受影響的大批路線改路如下：
觀塘道西行>>太子道東西行>>協調道>>天橋>>太子道東東行>>龍翔道返沿線

小弟做零售ge，今日我有兩個同事因改路而遲到，差d開唔到門做生意

改道只係影響行車時間，冇影響巴士停站，
應該冇需要出通告

原本只係預計 9 月 11 13 18 日動工
但聽番d司機講話 11 同 13 都無開工所以先延期

係10點先開始封
呢類工程通常係朝早10點先會開始
