King County Metro RapidRide B Line

Redmond

So does it past through Bel Red Rd, and 148, or using 520. No wonder they have that big construction project when I was back visiting parents around March. |

So it's like an upgrade of Route 230 then....
Btw, where's the terminal of Redmond, around the end of 148th? I used to live around the area back in the days, I shall def. try this line when I return for visit.

It's also like an upgrade of 253...B Line is serving the portion of old 253
B Line's terminal of Redmond is Redmond Transit Center

To my surprise, it had Wi-Fi on board. But it seemed that Line B was not a very frequent service, despite there were quite a number of people waiting at each bus stop. |

It's not surprising. A Line has provided Wi-Fi service.
what made you think like this way? The service of B Line is every 10 mins during peak time and every 15 mins during non-peak time
10-min service is very frequent for Seattle.
Perhaps there are two things that make you think that B Line seems not to be very frequent.
One is construction on NE 24 st and another is that NE 8th is one of the busiest streets in Bellevue, so it is possible for the service of B Line not to come on time

I have never rode on Line A before.
Perhaps it was due to the construction works. It felt longer than expected for the next bus to come. |

10 min/ bus is def. a high frequency service, the other svc I can think of is Sound Transit's 550 which I used to take everyday before moving to Ravenna.

CT's Swift is also a 10-min service until February next year, when frequency will be reduced to 12 minutes.
I am still waiting for 358 to be replaced with something more time efficient.
