愚問: 外判佐既位會唔會由 MTR 出POST ?
因為下半 PART 咁寫 :


" In addition, you are required to provide assistance to passengers and answer their enquiries, collect passenger complaints and suggestions, assist in crowd control in stations during emergencies, festivals and special events, and provide support to the backend office."

外判個班估係企上水羅湖捉逃票,同呢批市區/東鐵頭等兩回事

至於下半part都係講工作要求,包括解答查詢,處理投訴,當緊急
情況/大時大節要做人群管理,及提供後助支援等,基本上做交通
服務行業上至經理下至清潔都係有咁既要求

部份短期職位(寫明為期2年合約)會由MTR出POST,
如督察等
