係已經批左,
同時而家佢會分返小小 LHR o既 Slot 出黎,
暫時聽聞 VS 有興趣想要左佢, 並且考慮開辦英國國內航班 (某大討論區指其實 BMI 一直都帶左唔小轉機客比 VS, 而家 VS 冇左批客仔, 自己做返都唔覺得咩出奇事) ~ |

如果我冇理解錯誤的話,
IAG 會比返 14 個 slots 出黎
兩個 slots 已經比 Transaero 要左,
而家得 12 個 slots, 而維珍就係想要左佢 ~
而當中一段更加係指出左 14 個 slots 會用於那裡
The EC has split the 14 slots into three separate groups: seven pairs that have to be used between Heathrow and Scotland; the two Transaero slots; and five further daily slots with various destination restrictions. The way the package was broken up has raised some concerns at Virgin that the EC is targeting more than one airline.

有一個source寫
"Transaero taking up two slots leaves 12 IAG more that it needs to concede.
Five will be for use on the designated city pairs (Aberdeen, Cairo, Edinburgh, Moscow, Nice and Riyadh)
while the remaining seven will be explicitly for Aberdeen and/or Edinburgh. "

其實已經訂好晒, VS可以開既話都主要係scotland既線路, 連Glasgow都唔包括.. 但反而有Aberdeen |

事實上由IAG說有意收購BMI一事開始VS已經嘈到拆天,又說BA壟斷,
現在放time slot出來VS搶住要也很正常。 |

咁講真個句如果你係 VS, 知道個競爭對手仲要食多間航空公司的話你自己都未話唔驚,
而家 VS 好彩而家都叫做大左, 後面仲有大大個維珍起後面,

This takeover would possibly mean the termination of the LHR > BHD (Belfast City Airport route) which is the most important route for Northern Ireland. Without this route, Northern Ireland would be rather isolated to the British Mainland (only the budget airline routes left from BFS and Londonderry...) Worrying news for Belfast indeed.... |

問題是LHR-BHD客量如何?
我自己不少英國朋友到NI那邊玩多數都是坐budget airlines去BHF,未聽過人坐BD,
我估計市場應該已經被U2/BE等大幅蠶食了。 |
