就算是"官台", 都可以有廣告, 增加收入, 點解香港電台會沒有廣告呢??
因為要"政治中立"
如果有某些背景的產品(如生果報)想打廣告
又因他們可能某些原因而不能做的話
所帶來的"政治後果"有幾嚴重? |

TV License 是每個睇電視的住宅家庭/ 單位每年都要買的.
我極不喜歡這項開支, 因為睇公眾電視頻道變相睇收費電視.
如果冇買TV License 而被 Enforcement Officer 做家訪檢查時捉到單位可以睇電視,
最高會被罰 1000英鎊. |

見閣下有興趣想知, 我不妨講講
Payment Methods available:
- Pay in monthly, quarterly or annual Direct Debit instalments
-Make cheques payable to ‘TV Licensing’ for the full license fees. Write your name and address on the reverse and post to: TV Licensing, Bristol, BS98 1TL
-They accept Switch/Maestro, Solo, Delta, Mastercard and Visa
-Pay the full license fee in cash at any Post Office branch
不過我宿舍單位無睇電視, TV License 都會不時寄警告信來提醒我/ 嚇我, 又話會突擊在任何一日早上/下午/晚上來拜訪我宿舍單位. 如果第一次來查而冇人應門, 會下次再來, 到入到我宿舍間房為止. 不過一味靠嚇, 成半年都冇人來過我宿舍查. 又話被人捉到睇電視要上court… 我間房都無電視機, 一D都唔駛怕.
TV License 封警告信有列明:
Visits, cautions and statements
-Officers are briefed to make enquires into whether you are acting in contravention of Communications Act 2003
-They can visit you in the morning, afternoon or evening- and will return as many times as necessary to complete an investigation
-If unlicensed use of a TV receiver is suspected, you may be cautioned in accordance with the relevant criminal law
-Any statement you provide and any other evidence found, will provide the basis of any legal action taken
Court appearances and fines
Should be decision be made to prosecute you, you case will be heard in a local court. If you fail to appear in court, you case may be heard in your absence.
The maximum penalty if you are found guilty is a fine of 1000 pounds. In addition, you may also be liable for legal costs. If you continue to use TV receiving equipment, you will still be required to buy a license.

其實港台亦曾經引入廣告試驗計劃，可惜最後無聲無色地結束。
曾經試過以贊助形式播出的例子﹕
普通話通天下(匯豐銀行)
港台四台節目(廖創興銀行，因為廖碧禎做主持)
港台七台財經消息 (大福金融) |
