These mini buses are not "Real" Designline's, They are manufactured by "Enterprise Bus" in Hungary as part of a joint venture with Plaxton in Britan.
They are known as "Plaxton Primo" in Britain.
I don't know all the technical details so any one who knows, is welcome to add more details.
