只可以隨廠「付」送, 並跟一個 OEM licence, 用戶日後唔可以賣隻碟 / licence出去

街邊正版貨
買一隻碟之後可以要求買多幾個 licence, 而隻碟 / licence 係可以賣出去

there are hot discussions on that microsoft is updating the OEM license. If one's computer has to replace the motherboard, then he must order a new license again.
the "new regulation" is not carried out at this moment. So his copy may still be legal

而且...
用緊盜版 Windows  0既用戶, 即使宜家 M$ 有咩「給盜版用戶一條生路」計劃...
應該無人會向 M$ 填 rep ...

如果將來海關與M$合作，向使用盜版ｏｓ的使用者追究．
唔知會有多少人收到有關信件？

Are all Macs you owned are located at your home?

If yes, why don't you consider buying the family pack of MacOS X Tiger?
The average cost per Mac is much more lower...5 licenses for only $1500.

有部份係可以既...不過有部份係要跟底機 OEM 識別碼先得....
唔排除係安到但話係盜版的
