Should the bus pass through the "Depot building" to enter the Station and exit from the other side as shown in the last photo?

Yes, 巴士在''小車廠''後面的通道駛入, 在最後幅圖的出口出.

唔好睇少呢個站, 佢喺英國既巴士歷史上係有舉足輕重既地位架！
