[即時新聞] 韓亞航空波音 777 於 SFO 降落時撞毀

綜合BBC圖(#9)及fb片(#10),似乎機尾磨斷後機身反彈,
只剩機頭做支點,後部凌空左轉,再右轉返少少之後停低。
BBC圖由跑道尾至機頭,有一條好明顯的擦痕,可能係機頭起落架或其殘餘部分造成。
今朝聽電台新聞話可能係機速太慢及降得太低,但BBC內文有乘客表示覺得降落速度過快。
原因我就唔識講了。

個人唔認為件事唔可以歸咎於經驗不足
一來即使操作時數短
佢係受過足夠training
夠資格獨力操作架飛機
何況佢仲已經係個captain
唔係初入行既second officer
再講當日既天氣唔見得係出現緊一個響經驗不足既情況下會handle得唔好既scenario |

我反而有興趣想知,
假如當初個機師最後冇再臨尾拉高的話, 其實出黎 o既結果係唔係會比較冇而家咁嚴重 ? (換句話講其實佢係唔係越救越衰 ?)
另外, 是日新聞指事故中其中一位死者懷疑係比救援車輛輾斃 ...... |

真係Final Destination,救援車可能太心急去架機而唔為意地上有人......
架機經過猛烈撞擊又凌空彈起再撻返落地,迅速起火燒通頂,
乘客都「只係」有2人死(據聞可能係無扣安全帶而拋出機外),
777客艙結構夠穩陣同逃生路線夠快都應記一功。(我作為行外人亂估) |

一個係captain
一個係training captain
FO都有個
不過只係做relief |

Autopilot啟動之後機師係唔能夠透過yoke或者stick去控制飛行姿勢
即係話佢hold得vertical speed既話飛機既航向都係由autopilot控制緊
莫非當時佢係靠擰heading hold去對準跑道?

由PAPI發現3紅1白其實又唔算太低(當然要修正)
但係佢地係一路有留意住PAPI定係臨到500ft先至望一望? 又或者係臨到500ft先至開始睇得清楚PAPI?
"They had set speed at 137kt (254km/h) and he assumed the autothrottles were maintaining speed," Hersman says, based on the interview with Lee Jeong-min.
呢個就係真正既低級錯誤
而且竟然咁多個機師都同時發緊夢
係咪當時無人望過PFD一眼?
PFD上面每樣information係approach過程裡面都應該要睇實
"Armed means that they are available to be engaged, but depending on what mode is used we really need to understand that a little better," Hersman says.
點解飛機速度會跌到咁低
Autothrottle設定錯誤應該就係原因
或者係set左speed但係autothrottle當時其實唔係以speed hold運作
因為如果係全程機所有過程都交俾autopilot睇flight plan自動完成晒既話
Autothrottle用邊個mode其實都可以係自動既
當中有無涉及設計問題都係需要查證(我認為無啦, 777都接近廿年既機款, 呢方面有設計缺陷應該早好多年就會曝光)
另一個問題在於如果好似今次咁
降落唔係以全自動完成
程序上又有無指明approach時要將autothrottle force返去speed hold?
如果無, 呢個"唔需要"又係咪有問題? |

而家係起落架剛剛落正海堤, 如果佢稍為遲一啲至觸地已經係跑道邊緣, 以當時的飛行姿勢或者速度係咪就會冇事呢? 而如果稍早一啲落咗水, 情況會比現時更差嗎? |
