noise created by buses

dear all, is there any method to ask the kmb to reduce the noises created by their buses especially for the dennis type ad ads and 3ad type. This is because one of my friend told me that the are living in wah ming estate and near the bus stop that eveyday until late night the noise especially from the above type bus are quite high even they are at the 30th floor.
as a result can be the environmental protection department or kmb to held to install and sound reduce machine ontheir buses pls? any comments, and not this board please rise.

Actually, you can be more effective to make complaints to the district councillors or newspapers (like "fruit" or "direction" ) at the same time.
