how come KMB did not purchase in 80's becoz KMB was satisfied with the performance of O305? |

Yes, NZ is well-known to add axles by themselves, they are like professionals in that field. That's why in NZ you even find 3-axle Dennis Javelins, 3-axle Volvo B7RLEs! |
