剛剛上網睇過天文台的七天天氣預報顯示下星期初本港會受到一股活躍的
偏南氣流影響為華南沿岸帶來不穩定天氣。

Solution:

In my opinion, the rain season has been starting since 3/23/06 because of the T-shower / thunderstorm.  In general, the first thunderstorm in late March and/or the thunderstorm  underway in late March means the rain season to start.

Furthermore, in generally speaking, the weather in Hong Kong is unstable from late March to mid April.  After that, the sun reshines in mid April (about 4/16 - 4/18), the weather change becomes more clearer, and the weather distribution in summer starts.
