如果全車由內至外都唔要任何紫色/藍色, 索性改用綠色內籠+綠色柱, 車身再用綠色線條 (但留返城巴底色黃色) 又得唔得呢? |

喺呢個階段,架車已經砌好,應該已經唔可以咁樣改。

Had a look at some pictures on the flickr site, I'm very surprised, and actually quite disapppointed, by what the layout may end up.
The beauty of the existing hybrid double decker types running in the UK, is that there is practically no loss of passenger payload from their diesel counterpart. If the statement I read elsewhere is correct, this E50H is going to lose something like 30% of passenger carrying capacity comparing to a normal E500. That basically just kill the 30% fuel saving that a hybrid is supposed to get.
If this is really what ADL is offering to HK, I really cannot see this version of E50H will catch on in the future. |

The loss passenger capacity due to the hybrid equipment maybe compensated by stretching the chassis to 12.8m.
Here in US/Canada, ADL is offering a 'go-anywhere' model that only comes with 12.8m configuration in order to compensate the lowered height, so judging by this ADL might come up with a RHD version of the E50H if the trial of HK's long wheel base E50D is successful. |
