SR Key Lock?

Yesterday when I was travelling on GT6887 @ 30, I observed this phenomenon.

Whenever the captain pressed the button to announce the next stop (on the remote), there is always a "Please hold the handrail" following:

下 一 站 係　新 都 會 廣 場
The next stop is　Metroplaza
下 一 站 是　新 都 會 廣 場

各 位 乘 客　請 緊 握 扶 手　多 謝 合 作
Ladies and Gentlemen, for your safety, please hold the handrails.
各 位 乘 客　請 緊 握 扶 手　多 謝 合 作

As I observed, the bus captain only pressed one button (not the special announcements button).

Is there an option to make the special announcements after every stop??
