因為香港 Claim 保險又要口供紙，又要各類文件，人家保險公司一定唔願賠或者將賠償金額減到最低，所以一般都要上小額錢債度開庭﹗

Does HK have insurence commissioners and insurence court that only handles these stuff, usually in US, if you got hit, or you hit some one, you call the cops, then you sign your testeromony and the cops will fax it to your insurence company, usually, within 5 hr, they will call you and do an 1 hr interview, then they will also set u up for a rental, and other accomdation, then the next day, if you car is drivable, you will drive it to the claim officer's office, and they will assess it value and give you a check (and sometimes contact the body shop), then when you have the check, you can bring it to the body shop to pay for damage.

If you totalled your car, the procedure is similar, but instead, they will give u a bill of credit and you can go purchase a new/ used car with that, then you have to only pay for the difference....if you have legal dispute (such as injury) they will deal with it at court at a later day, and the insurence company are by law have to pay you or the other injured party (if it's your fault)


"人家保險公司一定唔願賠或者將賠償金額減到最低" this kind of action can cause the insurence company it's operating license, as it's illegal.

I think maybe is time for HK to reexamin it's policy.  as most US case can be solve in about 48-72 hrs.
