I think competition is not the only reason of KA why cease BKK operation... Being on the route along with CX could be another reason why KA have cease operation to BKK...
I wonder which would be next since there are a few routes that KA currently operate along with CX... |

其實上面所列嘅航空公司主要都係中途停曼谷,然後再轉飛去其他地方,唔似國泰同港龍咁多數以曼谷做終站。
P.S. 阿聯酋飛杜拜都有航班係中途停曼谷 |

I guess - Tokyo Narita. In return, CX may transfer some "less important" routes to KA such as Hong Kong to Vietnam, Pakistan etc. |

Just like Air Hong Kong when it was still fully own by CX... But got better when DHL took over part of it...
Maybe KA could resume operation to Phuket/Sendai etc... And code-share with CX, maybe they could find some customers out of that... |

未必。
模式會像新加坡航空與勝安航空的關係一樣,勝安的航班會有新航航班編號,以方便轉機客。
值得一提,新航去年將數條航線轉予勝安營辦,包括往來深圳的航線。 |

As I know, BKK cannot earn any money since it only uses A320 and have high competition, so they would cease BKK. But for NRT, it still can earn money, so they wouldn't cease NRT. In addition, KA world re-open HKT before the end of this year. |
