One thing I just don't get about HK bus system, aren't bus operator also a service provider, why limite them on can/ cannot talk with passenger (at least if US and parts of EU, if you post this kind of banner at the driver's door, the union will definite not happy with it and take actions), also, at bus driver in my area, they can also be a human "map" for info (street, direction), and I've seen numberous time people wait for a bus just to ask direction, in fact, the local government bus operator encourage it's citizens to do so.

I dont know the address of the company can be posted here or not, but I can inform you definitely that the company is located in Hong Kong!!
Actually, I have post the reply of the company stating that they will inform the diary owner to delete the post, and you can see the reply is in CHINESE!!!!

Well, if it's a HK company is easier to deal with, otherwise, If it's a US/ foreign company, they might be liable for enfringment of freedom of speech and expression, than it would be caothic.  Remember there are teacher discovered that some student in HK wrote stuff about them @ Xanga.  and what do u think Xanga's reply is..."As long as it's not a violation of US laws or homeland security acts, Xanga cannot shut down the sites..."

但係咁樣公開個人資料就可能有問題,言論自由係有限制,
就算你o係美國板(如myspace)可能都會有同一情況,
九巴show個員工名同number係你有意見時向九巴提出,
而唔係俾你打上日記度。

致於你話問路,
香港同美國好唔同,
香港乜都要趕頭趕命,得閒死唔得閒病,
而且交通咁繁忙,
車長冇可能分心同乘客講野。
相反美國d人個個都慢慢黎,
車長通常唔駛趕schedule,
交通都冇咁繁忙,

你淨係睇下I-5四線車既車速可以一樣,
香港d人渣車就鬥閘既,
你就知到有幾大分別。
