本人現收回對ID=238X的處分，

趁本人有少少空閒時間在此交代事件：

其實構成是事次件的起因是本人處理板務過於「死板」，沒有因著不同情況作適當處理，而在咨詢中禁止板友回覆其他板友文章，正如路人兄言，是希望「唔想板友們因不同意見而令文章加添變數」(是否負面本人不作評論)及不希望出現大家意見不同而引起的不必要爭論。然而本人及後思想時確實是對板友不信任之舉。

是次決定收回對ID=238X的處分，最主要是因為該例本身就有問題，本就不應設立，所以本人願意收回有關處分，並修改其咨詢的內容。

最後在此再向ID=238X說聲對不起，若對閣下或其他板友造成不任不便，還望大家原諒。

"為使B2板在運作及執行板規更完善，減少在執行板規時的爭論，及讓大家更安心在B2板討論，建立良好討論氣氛，本人希望在此作板務咨詢，希望能作出改善。為鼓勵大家發表意見，在咨詢期過後，所有有份發表意見的板友將可獲iPower 50點。

甲、有關現有「列舉」及「統計」文章政策
前言：訂立有關分板板規是因為之前有一段時間本站有大量新板友，部份新板友質素可能較低，經常貼出「列舉」文章，並沒有加上任何理據，並令本板出現「水浸」情況。不過到現時情況已大大改善，而部份當日貼文質素較低的板友的文章質素亦大大改善，故本人希望在此作出檢討：
1. 現有有關「列舉」及「統計」文章的分板板規是否合時？
2. 此分板板規是否過寬或過嚴？
3. 有否須修訂的地方？
4. 就有關板規有否其他意見？

乙、有關「推文」
前言：較早前因為兩度有板友因涉嫌「推文」而停板，但後來一位上訴得直，另一位則因為本人發現有少少問題而收回處分。
1. 大家如文章有新進展而需自行回覆自己文章，相隔多久才不算推文？
2. 如果改為修改文章後並要求板主將文章推回頂部會否較好？
3. 就「推文」一事有否其他意見？

丙、其他
1. 大家認為本板還有甚麼需要改善的地方？

Reply:
A. The rule is clear enough and not outdated.  Nevertheless, some cases are not easily to determine.  For example, Answering one takes which bus(es) on the first day of the year (1/1) or on the last day of the year (12/31) is not necessary to state any reasons because in this case, no reasons can be explained.  Therefore, the reasons can be omitted in this case.  However, the Boardmaster should state that in this case, all reasons can be omitted in this case.

Example: Last Bus: I take KMB route 2 on 12/31/06 at 19:15.
              First Bus: I take CTB route 8X on 1/1/07 at 10:00.
              (Conference example only; not the real case.)  

B. 1. Except some special case, for example, stating the special bus service on Middle Autumn Festival, Ching Ming Festival, etc., I think that one cannot use the new essay to answer the same question within 5 - 7 days.
2. Yes, this is a good idea because boardmates are hard to find the topic if it has not been replied for some time because very large amount essays are written.
3. Other: Use new essay to answer the same question is allowed if and only if the same person replied the question after 5 - 7 days.

C. Other:
I think that it is a good idea to add one or even 2 boardmaster(s) to help determine if the case is true, and the boardmate should be punished.

Also, I hope that the boardmaster can improve the ability to determine if one should be punished.   This is true because there are many causes are determined mistakenly in this year .  Examples are omitted here because the information can be checked in Board Z4.

Finally, I am looking forward to seeing the boardmate who can make progress.

咨詢已結束，多謝各板友發表意見，本人會因應大家建議作出改善，例如修改現有張貼「列舉」及「統計」文章制度，改以板規16(a)處理，制定回覆自己文章的指引等，並會向站長建議設立新子板讓大家發佈巴士新聞消息等。本人會盡快公佈最新的改善內容。

在此其間，所有「列舉」及「統計」文章暫不會以有板分板板規處分，唯請大家留意發表意見時仍需加上個人理據。
