「超賤」樓

I hate this type of residential blocks built directly on top of the shopping centre and separated into two owners.
Some of the electricity / fire services and plumbing systems are hard to separate from areas owned by each owner.

Indeed I am quite annoyed about this arrangement and these buildings hinder a lot to my alteration designs for these centres.
