講真..... 如果唔係 TCL / TKL 大量 shopping Mall completion
and station commercialization....
MTR 的 operating cost 唔會止蝕 la~

2007年港大有大約13300個受資助學生, 部份有宿舍, 3000個職員(未包外判員工)
持續教育及專業進修課程7000人, 唔少唔係大學校院上堂

好似九龍塘咁, 理大浸大係其中一個客源, 但唔係因為港大先支持到一個車站

1. 即使住 hall 都會搭 MTR!!!
2. HKU 有一堆 postgraduate student 未計
3. 九龍塘 那間叫 香港城市大學

冇左那兩間大學......... 九龍塘 will become another Shek Kip Mei Station

人地有無擔心過持有有土地而蝕錢啊?

好似何文田咁, 政府唔比土地佢發展, 人地都要得到土地發展權啊 ...

俾你係周生..... 你都想得到土地發展權 la~

再者..... 若 MTR 一出出哂成個 LOHAS park...
佢的樓價咪插水式下滑 when the building completion,
that just simple demand and supply wor~~~
佢唔會自已捉自已 bugs ma~

真係唔知, 本人的數字, 基本同閣下的數據一致WOR

而九龍塘有個又一城, 係唔係好似Shek Kip Mei咁啊
反而我就覺得, 大學站大部份時間人流都好似Shek Kip Mei啦

UGC 好少資助 postgraduate 的 degree
most of them are self-financed and not included in the data is mentioned above

你 13345 係 UGC only....

又一城..... 平時得乜人行呀~
如果非 interchanged point... Swire 一定唔會起~
moreover... 我講緊 if KOT 冇左 CityU and BU would become Shek Kip Mei~
