Because the wing may not be suitable to use this kind of winglet... Having said that, I believe Boeing is trying to make B747Adv as similar as B744 as possible but more economical to operate... So I believe the wont be much changes from the look of the jet but maybe lighter materials etc which are hard to recongise... |

But Boeing have already confirmed that they will concentrate on B747Adv for the time being... But there is still the possibility of Boeing launching B787-10X later... But this may only happen when B787-8/9 entry operation... |
