Well... Sort of but not really... HKG did have flights to LGW by CX but then they changed to LHR as they manage to get some avaliable slots at LHR... Also, LHR opened a long time before LGW... So put it that way, LGW is just a alteritive for airlines that couldnt get slots at LHR or less profitable routes...
I think the reason they choose B744 is because of big avability around the world, easy to source additional aircraft... Also in economic point of view, second hand B744 is similar to B763ER but B744 carry more pax which could help them to reduce cost per seats... |

上邊有網友覺得佢開始就飛744可能會有d唔係咁好(冇會錯意掛~~~)
其實我覺得佢標榜自己係一間會係安全至上,便宜,消費者o既精明選擇之航空公司
佢有兩樣野一定會係
1.平
2.高效率
如果我係一個low cost airlines organizer
我都係預左買二手機,如果眼前咩機型都有
我一定會選擇客量高同埋有足夠o既"影響力"囉
我所指o既影響力係,作為一個唔識飛機o既人,佢有個機會選擇航空公司去搭o既話
都會有幾樣野去考慮,第一當然係安唔安全,佢地會以飛機o既大小泥尼定間航空公司
安唔安全,舒唔舒適,再者佢o係網頁度就係話佢地o既飛機係744,原因係安全至上,消費者就係睇哩d o既姐....(我覺得係咁樣囉.....有錯大家話我知啦~~)
另一方面....b763/er同b744,識識地飛機o既都知道邊樣會比較好~~
雖然係咁,但計番條數,b744運作成本無疑比其他80's至00's作品為高...." |

依家好明顯佢唔夠後備機。萬一是但一隻機壞o左你都可以shutdown個operation
你估佢出o左一兩次事之後仲會唔會有人搭佢? |

In fact, many new start up airlines got this kind of problem with very limited jets... This has just happened to UO when 1 of their jet had problem in Hangzhou and they had to cancell most flights that day... |

不過個人意見係, 甘泉背後既資金可以營運得到間公司有幾耐係一個問題
而且要維修6架744需要一定資金(又是還請billmf兄代答),甘泉真的afford得起嗎? |
