ER20柴油機 不准踏過深圳河問題

其實ER20內裝有MTU 16V4000 R41柴油機採用了外國軍事科技
而歐洲對華軍售禁令等問題一直存在
所以ER20一直不允許進入內地地區 係度作番個簡短解說

MTR (HK) has 5 EURO RUNNER ER20 diesel USED IN HONG KONG Train System.

Because these ER20 diesel use of military technology to achieve low noise, subject to the EU in 1989 and 64 events in mainland China arms embargo,
, before lifting the ban, these 5 ER20 diesel only can stay in Hong Kong
territory, not through the Lo Wu Bridge entering China.

My question is this things real? Also how to check the list of good which is
under the list of this ban?

其實唔畀過深圳河, 反過來深圳河對面派人來研究呢部機車又如何?

事實上﹐當年因支線擴展﹐唔夠機車用﹐便要買新車﹐當時都無打算要批車過大陸﹐只是做香港的日常維修工程之用。

如果只係用黎做日常維修之用
根本無需要咁貴買呢D幹線機車黎用
買返D較小型ge軌道調機就OK
大陸都有好幾間製造商專出呢D車
而且香港都唔係未買過

我甚至唸
反正要cut貨運
趁而家果幾部ER20車齡唔算高
將佢地賣返過歐洲
再由大陸買返D軌道調機返黎會唔會仲化算
當然而家果D高齡柴頭照計就唔換住架喇
賣返出去都唔值咩錢
都係用到唔用得為止

當年買幾部機車回來﹐真的是為了日常維修﹐供今天使用的﹐其中一個主要原因係舊車唔可以入隧道(即尖東)。

而當年﹐國產車又未夠成熟﹐不是購入國產車的時機。同時﹐當年所有機車都要作為緊急時拖走軌道上的壞車﹐包括貨運車﹐所以當時九鐵都要購買大馬力的機車﹐以備不時之需。


至於你說MTR 停止貨運﹐可以賣出幾部機車﹐其實都是不可行的。

1. 其他的舊文已經有人討論過﹐日間大家見到不少機車在紅磡貨場Standby﹐但一到收車便會全部使用﹐差不多所有新舊機車都要全部出動。換句話說﹐即係現時的機車只是剛剛足夠﹐沒有出賣的空間。
有說﹐假如KTT 行單頭﹐早夜要派機車拖KTT 出入何東樓及紅磡﹐甚至紅磡直通車月台有維修﹐要拖走國內直通車﹐都要預先編排機車﹐分分鐘去到最後關頭才安排到機車執行工作﹐有時要在另一單工程中途出走拖直通車﹐再回去原先的工作。
(唔知有無記錯日期﹐如果無記錯﹐當幾部新機車到港後﹐九鐵都賣出一批舊機車去澳洲)

2. 由新機車投入服務至今﹐一般都唔會用她去拖貨運車卡的﹐只是在極為偶然的情況才會出現。日常都是用回舊機車的﹐所以這批新車主要目的﹐根本不是為貨運業務的。

3. 這批機車﹐除了做東鐵線的支援﹐更要做馬鐵的日常維修。現時﹐更有新任務﹐便是拖大修SP1900客車去八鄉﹐這也是當年買幾部機車的原因。
