我明白你說法,我都有懷疑過如40xx頭軸後個位夠唔夠放輪椅(其實位置和50xx/12xx差不多長)
但實際40xx沒用這設計
我認為若沿用該設計應對提升40xx系座位數目有幫助,因為原本果個輪椅位係可以擺多兩排凳,令座椅數量回升至29個。
要善用該空間,最佳的方法是把現有的擋板拆除,這種車門跟輪椅位間沒有擋板的設計可參考美國的Vahnool低地台巴士。 |

on11358: By compare this bus with the UK Geminis, it's obvious it has a spiral starcase (A first for a Gemini). A UK-spec B9TL/Eclipse Gemini with equivalent layout, but with a straight staircase would give a layout of H45/23D, and the 2 additional seats on each deck is an obvious evidence.

Because of this, I don't think it's fair to compare it to 7000/ATSE1. For a like-for-like layout, at least in London, the E400 always has more seats than the B9TL/Gemini, because of the seats over the front wheelarch. I just think both E400(HK) were underseated.9 T' w* g- `& {9 y$ g6 I
但如果以Straight staircase咁計 :
Straight staircase B9TL (UK-spec as example) H45/23D
Straight staircase Enviro400 (Ctb7000 as example) H41/24D
座位安排上,2-axis B9TL比Enviro400 依然係有優勢喎 |

我唔同意呢個講法。除非九巴肯再入曲梯車或者11m直梯車,否則短於12m嘅替代車款就只剩下載客量連90人都無嘅E400。而家九巴嘅短金車尚算足夠,但係來緊都有唔少11m白車要退(只有2+2 ADS搵ATSE替代先勉強收貨,就算3+2 ADS呢d載客量迫近40xx嘅短車搵ATSE代都不能接受)。入少量11m B9TL可以填補低載客量巴士同12m巴士之間嘅空缺,亦令有限嘅10.6m短金資源唔會被浪費至11m車都行到嘅路線上(如103),同時向新城起示範作用,吸引佢地買11m B9TL代替90xx/其他11m非低地台車。
我又認為11m現階段無必要,
雖3+2 ADS表面好似好多,
但有唔少係Spare,加上有好些派3+2 ADS的掛牌線上係有空位剩
始終KMB仲有百幾部10.6m短金剩返,
短金可以充當代ADS的功能,
而現行派短金/ADS,有空位剩線係可以轉ATSE,
12m單層亦有助套出短金車
所以....好好彩九巴早在01~03一早入定大量短金車 |
