唔通係怕香港搞"洋紫荊革命"?
我諗品客薯片應該尋日收到個神州電話落個order喇...
如果香港搞得成3月6個遊行,
上面既反對勢力會愈來愈大...
既然$6000點都要派(係MPF同現金既分別),
如果可似"掩口"都唔錯呀...
不過我認為從樓價, 地價同限制熱錢流入方面著手,
先係一個長遠既政策
依6000蚊係用香港前途換來的,
希望各位好好利用吧~ (係facebook見到班人想拎黎買iphone, 咪即係將筆錢交返比大商家~)

而是地產商有分施壓要政府托

要求政府減少賣地 同唔起居屋
同埋 係恢復賣地邊個係拍賣會上托價
大家都係 special interest group
好聽D味叫官商合作姐
派錢唔係劣招
但係如果派出來的錢係流出境佔多的話
咁就係劣策
曾氏係港大跟 keysian 派
點解咁做都估到

不過FACEBOOK 都有群組叫人捐部分錢俾有需要的人.
那群組主持人咁寫.
：「 Dear fellow HKers, we all have rights to spend our money as we wish but the beauty of living in this wonderful + free society is that we can choose to give back to the society. There are the ones who are thinking about what to buy with the additional HK$6000, maybe a LV handbag or an iphone 5 + plan or maybe the latest game console with a whole buncha games / accessories. But there are also the ones who will save up the entire amount and use maybe $20 a day to buy an extra dish for dinner at home. These are the ones who truly need the money and struggle for lives every day. You'll be surprised at how much our donation can bless the less privileged ones in our city. 若調低賣地底價，有會比人話係賤買土地。
特別係市區地皮，賣一幅少一幅，惜售也是合理做法。
而且建築通常都要幾年時間，到時若樓價高企，
發展商也不會因為買到平價土地而降低樓宇售價。 |
