機員安全意識, 禮貌意識差
公司管治差, 過度擴張, 財務成本高, 搵埋都唔夠俾息
航線多, 但客座率低, 成本控制極差, 尤其在高油價時期,
亦沒有採取有效手法去降低成本 |

But with my earlier experience with MU... Their aircraft are not that bad... At least clean and tidy... Which is already better than some airlines...
Also, you have to know that they are state owned... They have no choice on which aircraft they choose to buy and when they want to buy... They just get what they have been allocated by the state...
I think they are also not bad at controlling their cost... As you can see, they usually have meals made in China on most short-haul international flights returing from foreign country... Which I believe its already cheaper than buying them in place in HKG/ICN...
Also... Low loading doesnt mean that they are not doing well... For example, SQ only have a average loading of around 65%-70% while most other airlines receive over 75%... But SQ is still doing well because of their high F/J class loading... That prove that if the aircraft have high premium traveller, even they only have little Y class passenger, they can still be profitable...

東航 倫敦至上海 (MU551/552), 經常推出特惠機票同以前曾以60公斤行李allowance
來跟BA VS 搶客. 但服務始終唔夠其餘兩間好.
現時某間旅行社優惠:
倫敦經上海至香港 , 來回機票含稅 366 英鎊, 30公斤行李
(2月15日- 3月21日 / 4月30日-6月30日/ 9月3 日- 10月31日)

1. 禮貌意識- 睇吓你expect既禮貌係邊個程度, 以我個人角度國泰票務部都好差(Marco Polo 銀卡會員都仲叫我自己上網劃位,明明係有優先選擇座位 )
2. 公司管治差- 未聽過,不過好想知道有幾差。
3. 過度擴張- 相信唔只東航,南航同埋海航都係一樣。
4.財務成本高, 搵埋都唔夠俾息- 咁就要樓出quote份財務報告上嚟研究吓喇。
5. 客座率低, 成本控制極差- 呢個我唔知, 不過我每次搭東航班機都好爆,真係想坐一次客座率低既東航。 |

客座率低唔等於無錢賺
只要有幾個客俾 Full Fare... 咁航空公司就好賺過飛成團旅行團架啦
不過咁,我都試過坐 MU... 成架 A319 只有 35 pax,不過F class is Full
過度擴充:有數字比較下好D wor... (例如同成個航業比,同全中國比...)
禮貌:好 subjective wor... 你可以舉D投訴率來解釋下 |

小弟弟未坐過mu
但好多屋企人都坐過
當中我呀哥係帶住"驚"o既心情上機
佢話就咁望落隻機都好似冇乜問題
不過一落flaps就....
另外有d人話mu d crew o既服務態度重哀過廣深鐵路 d 呀嬸.... |

我都搭過一次MU。
我覺得佢地D服務都唔係好似你地所講既咁差啵。
Crew 既服務態度唔可以話好,但係又唔係好似你地所講咁過份。
不過講到客座率,因為我係上年九月頭搭既,
所以成機只係坐左大約一半 |

咁又冇咁誇張既,如果講「服務態度重哀過廣深鐵路 d阿嬸」既話,香港航空公司都有d咁既人。
MU衰在班次唔準時,如果係上海出發的,一唔夠客就分分鐘兩班combine一班....
服務員態度,個人覺得都係接受得到架! |
