邊相同一架私家車早繁前係某d國際學校塞完再去旺區塞車,問題唔易解決
國際學校返學時間d私家車其實都唔小野
車一個學生就一架私家車,十個就十架,積少成多 |

cut the level of private cars back to 1980 will solve the problem
No need to build more highways
1. Setup max lifetime of the private cars to 15 years
2. Change all charges of tunnels to $200 for private cars
3. Disable all road parking place for private cares
4. 5 times of the charges on the rates to car parks
5. Disable or $1000 tax monthly for the temporary car parks spaces to private cars
6. 50% additional refund to the cars resell |
