CX可能入A330NEO代KA 333和CX772/773/333, 77W/777X重點長途大線, A359澳洲加二線歐洲

A330NEO 點 replace 都應該 replace 唔到而家 773,始終 773 真係載得多人。

反而之前好似有人傳話
35J/779 replace 77W
部份 77W replace 773

A330NEO,比起A350,B787優勢在於價格較低
CX買入了48架A350,發展新長途線都用唔晒
目前傳出CX將用6架A350取代長途A330
更多長途A330轉為短途之用,預計可以填補首批A330,772退役的空缺
買更多A350或買B787來取代長途A330,以解決長途A330運載力偏低,而且又冇cabin crew rest。取長途A330取替,不僅可以提升運載力、貨運量,而且提高燃油效益及盈利率。
至於長榮,已選擇了787,數量唔細,77W數量都多,再加傳過唔選A350,原因因為RR引擎,A350,330Neo得RR可選,加上長榮甚少買空巴,買A350可能性低

KA用緊18隻A330,當夠未來要用20隻,又當20隻中當有一半因機齡要退,KA大約要收10-12隻CX A330。

但同時CX有成44隻A330,當中有大約9隻都係機齡較大,好大機會要退,都仲有超過30隻A330隨時過得比KA。

而相對上CX將重心發展長途線下,A330neo應該唔係CX甚至BR杯茶

Cathay looks at A350-900 Regional or 787-10 for A330replacement
[Interestingly, despite a potential 10%-12% cut in the aircraft’s block fuel burnby re-engining the A330-300 which would be optimised for missions under2,000nm (nautical miles) (“Boeing 787 availability key in fending off A330neothreat“, 21st Feb, 14), thus covering Cathay and Dragonair’s entire NortheastAsia and Southeast Asia networks, it is understood to be sceptical of theA330neo idea and remain “uninterested” primarily due to the unquantifiablemarginal benefit it would bring over the existing A330-300s, which are alreadyfuel-efficient and fit into its network perfectly, Aspire Aviation‘s multiplesources at the oneworld member said.Aspire        AviationCathay        Pacific        in        for        the        long-haul12The aforementioned reduction in block fuel burn would be partially negated bythe EP2 enhancement package offered by engine-maker Rolls-Royce to itsTrent 772C-60 engine which delivers a 1% cut in specific fuel consumption(SFC). Additionally, a sharklet-like winglet device would deliver a “verymarginal” reduction in block fuel burn over the existing winglet, these sourcessaid.Above all, the fuel penalty burned in carrying fuel is “very small” on such shortsectors.
Therefore Cathay Pacific is considering the de-rated A350-900 Regional orthe 787-10 for its regional fleet replacement, both of which promiseconsiderably more sizeable fuel savings, the same sources say. While theA350-900 Regional offers flexibility to switch back to the 8,100nm baselinevariant, which will be required by Cathay to launch secondary Europeandestinations, the 787-10 Dreamliner offers more growth potential since it is aslightly larger airplane.The 323-seat 787-10 which burns 25% less fuel than a 295-seat A330-300 ona 3,000nm mission, assuming 85% annual wind, would be particularly wellsuitedto replace the carrier’s 777-200 and -300 fleets, which are denselyconfigured with 336 seats and 398 seats, respectively. Such a dense seatcount will offer an even larger per-seat fuel burn saving than the 25% figuretouted by Boeing, not to mention the excellent cargo-hauling capability whichAir Lease Corporation (ALC) chief executive Steven Udvar-Hazy said “weessentially have an airplane now that has almost the capacity of a 777-300ER, but with substantially lower trip costs and [direct operating costs] on aseat-mile basis”.Having said that, the A330-300 will continue to be the regional mainstay ofCathay’s and Dragonair’s fleets for years to come]
A330neo 比起A330 ceo 大約少10-12%油,唔算太吸引
787-10比起A330用25%少油當飛行3000海哩,而787-10比A359,772長,當經濟艙以3-3-3排列座位數一定比772,359高,772長63.7米,78X長68.3米,假設客艙同機身同時長左4.6米,經濟位座距為32吋,商務位座距為47點,商務位要多一排因為787機身比起772座,增多一排以維持同等數量商務位,會經濟艙比772多4排
座位數最多比772多36個
總載客量42 regional business class seats + (293+36=329)economy class seats =371 seats , the number of seats is close to 773 with 398 seats.
So, 78X is a possible replacement for 773

359,35K,77W亦都會飛行澳洲,不排除更多餘的77W飛行澳洲
779用於高客量貨量歐美城市,LHR,JFK,LAX走唔甩,不排除ZRH,FRA會爆冷,由於貴客高企
359應用來取代772,舊333
再重申多次CX對A330neo無興趣
CX會繼續把握優勢,拓展北美市場
2013年,flightglobal放風市場對78X有興趣,不過當年訂了77X同幾架77W,以目前訂單來睇,CX有望會係下年加訂新機
