Yes, of coz you can, but you need to get to CUC,
to pay $10 before leaving the gates, if you are holding an adult sigle journey ticket~~

Why not?
The single journey ticket will lock up after 20 minutes beyond the time which you entered the gate,
simply pay $10 at the CUC to get a C1 ticket, in order to leave

乘客使用單程票原站出入閘超過二十mins係出唔到閘既，需到CUC補返差價先出到閘
例如你買左張四元成人單程票，就需到CUC補回六蚊先出到閘 |
