Hey, maybe HK should learn from singapore, as Singapore drivers are mostly rent from companies, if their performance are not up to par (such as complains), first, they will clamp the steering wheels of the taxi for warning (means losing one day of revenue), if the drivers continue to be impolite to passenger or using longer routes, then he will be suspensed from renting, and possibility expelled from the company (what this means is within 3 years, no taxi company will hire that driver, as the data based show the infraction), this will definitly teach them a lesson and learn to shut up and quit waining.
