270P(清河邨<-->中港碼頭)
為了疏道270A之乘客,並讓北區居民有巴士路線直達尖沙咀,故建議增設270P線,來往清河邨及尖東麼地道往尖東麼地道:

這樣270A就能重新定位,不用像現在不去旺角又到不了尖沙咀,唔鹹唔淡~但如此也會令270A服務範圍收窄,因此班次可以略作調整,繁忙時間12/15分鐘一班;非繁忙時間就20/25分鐘一班,定點時間,減2-3部車
收費: $13.0
路線:清河邨<>原本<>青沙<>你建議270P的路線
而70也需要更改一下,翠麗花園開,經天平和馬適路直入聯和墟,再跟277X轉上公路,特快到九龍塘後跟203E到原來70的總站
班次方面可以加密:繁忙時間9/12分鐘一班;非繁忙時間18/25分鐘一班,定點時間,原有車隊加270A掉過來的車,再加5部車相信已經足夠
收費: $8.6/11.7
路線: (去程)翠麗花園>經天平和馬適路>跟277X>特快到九龍塘跟203E
(回程)跟971>銘基書院後跟72X>去程路線
新270A/70華明雙向互轉,聯合班次(盡可能配合兩路線雙方抵達華明的時間)
原有70乘客請乘坐270P/271P
270P:跟原本70>跟70X>九龍塘後跟原70
班次:0640,0700,0720,0740
收費: $8.6/11.7
(本路線主要服務大窩西居民,給予粉嶺北人更多選擇)
271P:上村>跟64K>跟原本70>入運頭塘>上公路>跟新70路線
收費: $13.7
三渡坑起分段: $9.6
班次:0640,0655,0710,0725,0740,0755
(本路線擴大客源,服務更多乘客,大埔路線跟原本70路線)
不過比較麻煩的是271P的車源從何來?

北區居民請使用東鐵,前往尖沙咀 (東)
或
改用 270A 路線+BBI 轉乘
另外彌敦道,是不可直接左轉佐敦道,否則 260X, 269B, 268B 一早已使用。
270P 用來協助 270A,請加入與 270A 相同轉乘。

You know that they will have to interchange in few months because the Southern Link will be built very soon and the terminus of the ERL will move to HOM. Do you think that it is fast to have stop in every ERL station and with the WRL train in HOM(at least 3-5 mins)
And is it fair for the North District resident need to use 14.8 to TST?
The fee of TAP is just 9.6

Southern Link will completed at 2009, now busline 270 and 70 series have 1years to play
now east rail need change the stop as well from Sheung Shui or Faning to ETST? TD say east rail have lotof spa ...
What do you think about the time of interchange in HOM?
Do you still think that the ERL will have its terminus in NAC or TUM?(IMPOSSIBLE!!!)
It may possible that the ERL cannot have a cross platform interchange and also a great time lag between the ERL and WRL.( It takes more than 3 mins and it lowers the favour of the pessengers especially for the North Districters because they have already taking that "fast" journey on ERL!)
AND the journey of ETST to EKowloon is not just 3 mins unless you are thinking the the side of HOM and the journey of ETST to other place will be longer due to the interchange)
One thing I need to remind you is, the frequency of WRL is not that high which you may need to wait in the WRL train for more than 3 minutes and maybe some infortunate case is you may need to go up to the 2/F to have interchange and it takes you 2 minutes)

hom to ekowloon may Use 10mins or less, may be 5min will ok (just no need waiting if boarding train immediately), i think the city trains no need more than 5m ...
