我聽過係HKG base既朋友話﹐有唔少cabin crew因為某些原因而成日call in sick﹐梗係喇﹐CX個邊成日諗辦法cut cost﹐搞到唔少亞洲航線都要turn around﹐D crew願意飛就奇囉~~  |

But this really is not good for CX... Because as they make Asian route short turn around, then more crew will being to port sick to avoid those flights... Then CX will need to get more crew to stand-by to replace those crew who port sick... At the end, they will need a bigger work force to at least provide a normal operation then they use to need... Maybe the cost there including all those training etc they need would be higher than make the turn around just a little longer...
In the short-term, this maybe good for CX financial balance... But in the long-run, this would means CX will need to spend more on recriting staff... Which would just increase the operational cost... So really, keeping a good relationship between crew and the management team, this would help to reduce operational cost as well... So by cutting all those cost in the short term, CX could suffer a long time if they dont use this opportunity to think back how they need to bring their standard up again... |

聽講有D國泰「不受歡迎航班」就係成日有cabin crew ''call in sick''
其中例如CX580/581/750/751情況比較嚴重,呢幾班係咪係真係咁討crew厭就唔知啦!
國泰cut cost真係cut到走火入魔的地步,員工士氣低落,機艙服務完全退步,我驚遲早國泰cut cost cut到有「反效果」 |

國泰有部分on board 果d crew 真係我岐視我地中國人.

對d 外國人就好殷勤,
哎~ 對中國人就粗聲粗氣
反而我搭UA, JL, 都無呢個情況
不過東京既cx checkin counter 既staff 就唔錯,
果時我由東京返香港,
有1大袋好輕既公仔 (4-5 尺高)
我唔知道要寄,
之後佢見到,
佢就叫我放埋入黎,
仲話佢地會包實曬,
一定唔會整污遭
(因為我無包住d 公仔, 只係用個大膠袋入住)
結果返到香港,
見到佢地用左d透明袋入好,
再用牛皮膠紙封好
完全無 污遭
