Service hours should be better.

1. Weekdays means Mondays to Fridays ONLY. Should KMB needs to denote Saturday services to run on Weekday timetable, then it should be Weekdays & Saturdays.
2. The term "Service Hours" is better than "Operation Hours". "Hours of Operation" is acceptable
3. For the last sentense which everyone's talking about, it can be written as:
Passengers are advised to join Route 259D at Tsui Ning Garden on Hoi Chu Road for services to Yau Tong when Route 62X is not oeprating.
