I think only residents in Ma Wan can comment on this arrangement, as more and more people will be tricked by SHK, more people will complain and move out.
Anyway, single deck bus is not effective for this residents in Ma Wan, but TD does not allow double deck buses. |

這是不是即係大河道天橋﹐九巴51的車站位置?
如果係﹐即係只有樓梯做接駁的車站﹐並非完全無可能。
當然﹐用家(居民)要/想 做到車密+車程快﹐定係繼續打散2線班次未能全面互相輔助﹐還是有其他方案﹐日後檢討時再談。 |

Any supporting documents on your claim that "TD does not allow double deck buses" ??
I don't think TD does not allow a new NR route using double decker bus if the related PSL holder can provide such bus.
